Full Count Investments now offers real estate owners and investors complete mold testing services for properties they own or are considering buying. We will visit your property and take air samples inside your property, as well as outside the building. We then perform extensive laboratory testing and provide you with a complete report.

Mold buildup in rental properties can be a difficult problem. Mold can make tenants sick and expose you to lawsuits or necessitate extensive remedial measures to abate the problem. It is important that you be able to determine the difference between harmless and dangerous forms of mold. It is difficult to know without testing equipment. We have this equipment, and can make these determinations in order for you to protect the health of your tenants or assist you when questions arise in court matters.

Mold inspection and testing provides a complete certified lab report done by certified inspectors and lab personnel. Our flat fee price is valid for one living unit (house or apartment) up to 2000 square feet. Your report includes tested levels of various types of mold, including Penicillium/Aspergillus, Cladiospoirun, Basidiospores, and others for your indoor location, as well as ambient levels outside your home or apartment. Discounts are available for multiple apartments of 3 or more done at the same time.
