How to Get Started

Simply complete the enclosed LLC Setup form.  Email or fax the completed form to us.  Once you submit the order to us, we do everything, including the preparation of your formation papers and resolutions.  We also set up the operating agreement and prepare the application for an employer identification number.  After we have ensured that the name requested for your LLC is available, we will submit the documents to the Wyoming Secretary of State.  Full Count Services LLC program is a complete solution to LLC formation.  All filing fees and first year of registered agent service are included in our low fee of $495.00.
